Hotel a Big Springs

“When we checked in on Saturday afternoon we found trash on the floor of our room. We notified the front desk clerk about our room and was told that housekeeping would be informed and the room would be cleaned Sunday. When we arrived back to our room late Sunday afternoon we noticed our room was not cleaned. We informed the desk clerk again upon check out.”

“Decent place for the price. No frills, just a place to sleep, cable TV and breakfast. There’s an indoor pool but it was pretty cold. Very dog friendly, super close to the airport. We went for the airsoft field and the combat air museum so it was a great location for both. Definitely check out Happy Basset Barrel House down the street. Yummy food and fun atmosphere.”

“This is my preferred hotel in Topeka. The rooms and hotel property are consistently clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the nearby restaurant options are pretty good.”

“Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. ”
